Awesome service from beginning to end. I had a gas hot water heater go bad on a Friday (after 24 yrs…so no complaints…except they always go bad on Friday:). Talked to Dalmatian on Saturday about having a new Bradford White Gas HWH installed and I’m up and running again on Monday! Could...Awesome service from beginning to end. Talked to Dalmatian on Saturday about having a new Bradford White Gas HWH installed and I’m up and running again on Monday! Could have done it Saturday…but not an emergency. Initial contact was great! Jim F. (The service man they sent was awesome). We ran into an issue where my main shut off valve was not fully functioning and Jim was able to troubleshoot everything…on the spot! Just excellent service! I’ve got more work for Dalmatian Plumbing! They will be the first call!

On top of that, he was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be accommodating, making the entire process stress-free. They quickly identified the issue with my toilet and we came up with a solution efficiently. Not only that he left no mess behind. Their pricing was fair, and he explained everything in detail before starting the work. He has followed up several time to make sure everything was good with my toilet as well. I highly recommend Dalmatian especially Chris for anyone in need of reliable, skilled, and customer-focused plumbing services! I’ll definitely refer this company to friends, family and neighbors. Geoff was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, efficient. I hope the work holds up. The price could be a little lower though. Feels like $800 would have done it but was priced closer to $1k. Additionally, the team was so supportive in getting me recommendations to address my water damage issues as a result of the plumbing issue.
Tim really was great and super friendly and thorough and explaining what caused the issue as well as fixing it!
