He gave me an honest assessment of what my options were and provided me with options for future expanded repairs. Donald was polite, respectful, and efficient. I had an issue with my water heater and called Dalmatian for help. Donald was the technician who came out, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his work. From start to finish, he was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to explain everything he was doing at each step, which made me feel informed and comfortable throughout the entire process. His knowledge was immediately apparent, he clearly knows his craft inside and out. On top of that, Donald was extremely friendly and professional. His customer service skills are top-notch, and it’s rare to find someone who is both technically skilled and so pleasant to work with. He completed the job quickly without cutting any corners, and my water heater is now working perfectly. It’s not every day you come across someone who goes above and beyond like Donald did. I had an awesome experience with Dalmatian Plumbing. Tim, the plumber who came out, was fantastic from start to finish. He did a thorough assessment, recommended a replacement for the old water heater, and also pointed out a few key things to bring everything up to code. He even checked the water pressure from the county line to the house, which really helped me make a confident decision.
The very next day, Tim showed up exactly when he said he would and installed the brand new water heater with no issues at all. Everything is now up to code, the pressure is right, and the whole process was smooth and efficient.
Tim was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly easy to work with—warm, respectful, and just a joy to talk to. I highly recommend Tim and Dalmatian Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing work done. Great experience all around!

I initially called Dalmatian Plumbing because I was after a new Bradford White hot water heater and they were the only guys around that installed them. Once I met with Donald, I'm glad they're the only guys that install them.
Donald came and scoped out my old hot water system and really spent the time running through what all my replacement options were; whether that be replace my old gas tank with a newer one, heat pump type, or tankless type. Most other plumbers would've got annoyed by spending that much time on a customer. Donald was patient and I could tell that he wanted me to be well informed and make the right decision for my home. He was never pushy to make a sale.
Donald came back out a couple days later to do the install after I made my decision to replace my old tank heater with a new one and bring me up to code (my old system was 22 years old). He was great. His welding and copper skills were impressive and the way he planned rerouting the lines made sense and now they're much more homeowner friendly than before. He really explained it every step of the way about what he was doing and why he was doing it.
The best thing about Dalmatian is they just seek to care. I've worked with other plumbers that charge way more and have way worse attitudes. I would 100% have them back at my home again.
