I spoke with Simon prior and Jim was my plumber, both were extremely professional and accommodating for the work I needed done. I had an electric RO system installed along with a new kitchen faucet. I'm pleased with the results and will work with them again, thank you!

General has to be the best Tech/ Plummer in your company. He was patient and thoughtful and kind.When my warranty company was acting " outta pocket" he smoothed things over and they apologized. My technician was thorough, knowledgeable, and quick. Multiple items were repaired and the price was very reasonable for the issues present. My initial phone call was answered within a couple of minutes and I was quickly placed on the schedule at a time that was convenient for me. Highly recommend!
